Whistleblowing
In accordance with the indications contained in Legislative Decree no.24 of 10 March 2023 (D. Lgs. 24/2023), Freschi & Schiavoni Srl has activated its own internal whistleblowing channels for anonymous disclosures.
Written disclosures may be possibly made through a specific external electronic platform, managed by the Supervisory Chairman appointed by the company, Mr. Germano Margiotta, Lawyer (external chairman). Oral disclosures must be made directly to the Supervisory Chairman through phone call by reaching the number +39 0258300672, or, at the request of the whistleblower, in a direct meeting with Mr. Germano Margiotta, to be agreed upon by both parties
